Woking Principle

The Mechanical Bar Screen is composed of driven device,rake tooth facility,flush facility,which

is assembled by a special rake tooth into a group of rotary grille chain.

Under the drive of motor reducer,the rake tooth chain turn Rotary motion as reverse

flow.When it get the top,the guiding power of the geneva wheel and curve will make every

rake tooth to do the relative self-cleaning motion,then due to the gravity,most of the solid will

drop down. The sundries sticking in the rake tooth will be cleaned up by sweeper's reverse

movement.

conveying.

while working, easy to maintain.

♦ Easy to operate, can be controlled directly on the spot or remote.

♦ Include overload protection device, machine will shut down automatically when

malfunction happens to avoid damage.

♦ When the device width exceeds 1500mm, will be made into parallel machine to ensure the

overall strength.
